A well-respected construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Nottingham based team.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, the Project Quantity Surveyor will take charge of delivering expert cost consultancy and management services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility to final account.

This position combines hands-on project delivery with the opportunity to mentor junior team members, offering a rewarding balance of technical responsibility and leadership.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a driven and ambitious individual, with either a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.

  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Experience within a similar consultancy environment
  • Both pre and post contract experience
