The Role
As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimising Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You ll have the opportunity to work on innovative strategies, analyse performance data, and drive measurable success.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
Collaborate with the wider team to align paid media strategies with broader digital marketing goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

What We re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
Experience in campaign setup, bid management, and budget optimisation.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Must live within commuting distance of Nottingham.
