Registered Children's Home Manager

Mellors Care are looking for a Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Nottingham. This is a brand-new service, providing support for 3 young people with EBD.

The role will involve leading the service and ensuring staff and clients are supported. Other responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Ofsted and Local Authority
• Managing the day-to-day runnig of the home
• Ensuring safe staffing through recruitment and staff rostering
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Implementing Safeguarding and child protection proceedures

The succesful candidate will have experience at either Deputy or Registered Manager level within a Children's home or similar setting. Experience supporting clients with EBD is desirable.
