Job Requirements/Description
An experienced BID Writer required on a Permanent basis for a Leading Engineering based client based in Nottingham.

The purpose of the BID Writer is to be responsible for all aspects of BID writing including:
  • Assist the Pre-Construction Manager in developing a bid structure.
  • Lead and facilitate face to face storyboard session workshop
  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
  • Write / edit responses for bids, client presentations and sales collateral.
  • Co-ordinating all aspects of BID Writing.
  • Researching procurement opportunities
  • Collecting information from relevant sources
  • Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting in all aspects of the BID process
Key Skills
  • Strong time management / prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Strong written English language skills and wide vocabulary.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.
  • Driver's license (due to potential UK based travel)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree educated (ideally English) or equivalent.
  • Professional writing background.
  • Certified to APMP Foundation or Practitioner Level.
  • Salary £45- £50k dependent on experience
  • 40 hours Per week – Office based with 1 WFH day per week.
