I am working with a contractor based in the East Midlands that specialise within commercial refurbishment and newbuild projects.

This project is the improvements/refurbishment of a school in Nottinghamshire, works including new fire alarm replacements and roofing works.

This is a client facing role, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a site manager to lead the site team, to manage the end-client and subcontractors, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

You will have experience working on the SCAPE or working in education environments framework.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified.

DBS preferred.
