£45,000 per annum

Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Vehicle provided - Fully managed

Job Purpose:

Working for a leading Facilities Management company, you will be based across Education campuses in Nottingham.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintaining commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and heating appliances.
• Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial heating systems.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various sites all local
• Ensuring all work complies with gas safety regulations and health & safety policies.
• Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
• Keeping detailed records, completing job sheets, and reporting on work carried out.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential: Commercial gas qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
• Strong experience in commercial gas servicing, and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of heating systems, controls, and commercial plant rooms.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass enhanced security vetting due to the nature of the contract.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
