This is a great job for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong partnerships, and helping a business make confident, risk aware decisions.
Whether you’re already an experienced risk, governance or assurance professional, or you’re ready for your next step supporting senior leaders, this role would suit someone who loves bringing clarity, challenge and insight to a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on improving processes, influencing decisions, and shaping how a business manages risk, this could be your next move.
A bit about the job
In this role, you’ll support Aviva’s Health business to strengthen business risk decision making, ensuring we protect our customers, our people and our reputation. You’ll work as part of our Governance & Assurance (G&A) team, contributing to the delivery of our strategy and helping streamline how we manage risk across the Health area. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, providing expert oversight of governance, assurance, risks and controls. You’ll also support our risk committees, deliver high quality analysis, and help embed SMCR accountabilities. Ultimately, you’ll make sure the Health business has a clear, accurate view of its risk profile and that decision making is well informed and well governed.
