Business Development Manager, Midlands, 50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within contract logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct strategic market analysis to drive business growth
• Develop and present tailored logistics solutions for clients
• Manage tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers to operations
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Track sales performance and prepare monthly reports

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within contract logistics or supply chain management
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret market trends and data

Renumeration:

50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus
