The Role

As the Dispensing Optician, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of this successfully run Independent practice. Working alongside a highly experienced team of Optometrists and optical professionals, you will deliver exceptional patient care while supporting the smooth operation of the practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a premium, patient-focused environment, where quality of service and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything they do. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
• Manage and support the daily running of the practice
• Lead and motivate the optical team to maintain high standards of service
• Work closely with the Optometrists to ensure the best clinical outcomes
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses from a premium range
• Maintain the exceptional reputation of this well-established independent practice

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered) Previous experience in an independent or premium optical setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about patient care and high-quality dispensing
• Keen to take ownership within a supportive and collaborative team
