Salary: 65,000 + package

Estimator Opportunity

A well-established developer, who's core values are driven by their people and have one of the best staff retentions in the market, as well as a reputation for delivering high quality developments are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their friendly and successful team based in Nottingham.

You will be responsible for the land viability/appraisal up to land purchase, prior to the handover to the Commercial and Buying teams. Working closely with the Technical, Land and Commercial teams to provide accurate estimates to the Land and Planning department to assist in securing Land/Business opportunities as well as to maximise the cost effectiveness of developments.

Estimator role requirements

• A relevant qualification or extensive experience in cost estimating
• Commercial or Groundworks experience within the residential sector is desirable however also happy to consider candidates from a main contracting background
• Experience with a computerised estimating/measurement system e.g. Bluebeam or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders
