Rate of Pay: • First 6 weeks (training period): £12.21 per hour • After 6 weeks: £12.41 per hour • After 12 weeks: Increased holiday entitlement • Overtime Rates: x1.5 on weekdays, x2 on Sundays Working Hours: 37 hours per week – Weekly Pay
Training Period (First 6 Weeks): • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM • Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Post-Training: • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM • Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Key Responsibilities: • Operating manufacturing machinery • Thermostat production • Conducting quality checks • Packing products for dispatch • Maintaining high product quality standards
What We’re Looking For: • Experience working to and exceeding production targets • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity • High levels of focus and attention to detail • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks • Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods
Requirements: • Flexibility may be required • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Own transport is beneficial due to site location
