Harper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an Order Fulfilment Representative to join our client in Nottingham City Center.

What will the role involve?

• Working within the Order Fulfilment team, assisting in maximising delivery performance & order fulfilment
• Assessing order book allocation & suggesting improvements/reporting any challenges
• Working closely with the Customer Service team to investigate order errors, issues, coverage & allocation challenges
• Liasing with the planning & logistics team to track inbound freight
• Tracking inbound shipments to ensure all daily allocation jobs are running on time
• Building relationships with stakeholders and communicating on delivery times, late productions & shortages
• Monitoring delivery performance and order fulfilment rates, including root cause analysis

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Team player
• I.T Literate, including Excel

Additional Information - This role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
