Position: Community Meals Driver
Contract: Zero-Hour Contract
Shift Pattern: 10:30am to 2:30pm
Working Pattern: 4 days per week across a 7-day rota, including weekends

? What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Meals Driver, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable and older people across your local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Delivering nutritious meals safely and on time
? Providing friendly, professional customer service
? Carrying out wellbeing checks and reporting concerns appropriately
? Building positive relationships with customers
? Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
? Accurately recording deliveries and customer interactions
? Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and feedback
? Acting as an ambassador for ICare Group within the local community

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:

? Able to work independently and as part of a team
? Organised and dependable
? Full UK driving licence
? Access to your own vehicle
? Class 1 Business Insurance, or willingness to obtain it
? Comfortable travelling throughout the local area
? Willingness to undergo relevant employment checks
Customer service, delivery, care or community experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
