What You'll Need to Shine
- Experience working with children aged 3 to 11 years
- A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, or Playworker Level 3 (pre-2014)

- ? Great communication skills with children and parents alike
- A true team player attitude
- The confidence to step up into a supervisory role when needed
