Static Maintenance Joiner

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management client for a skilled Maintenance Joiner to join their team on a static basis in Glasgow The post holder will be directly involved with maintenance and minor works services, covering a wide and varied range of general fabric works to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Package:

• Competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum
• Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor fabric repairs, including statutory fire door inspections, smoke/intumescent strip replacements, plasterwork, touch-up painting, and lock repairs.
• Maintain complete and highly accurate records of all completed work and inspections.
• Take responsibility for the daily inspection and routine maintenance of standard and specialised tools.
• Serve as the on-call engineer with additional compensation provided for accrued call-out time.
• Travel and assist at other client sites or company locations as directed by your line manager.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within building services or facilities maintenance.
