About the Role

A vacancy has arisen to support the operation of Facilities across the West Bridgford area. Working as part of a team on a seven-day rota, you will play a key role in ensuring our buildings and community spaces are safe, clean, and welcoming.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing buildings
  • Cleaning and preparing facilities
  • Carrying out minor maintenance
  • Supporting room lettings
  • Assisting with the operation of community halls, council and business offices, sports venues, parks, and playing field facilities

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Confident in prioritising a varied workload
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Comfortable using computerised systems
  • Attentive to detail and professional in representing the Council

A current driving licence is essential for this role.
