What you’ll be doing…
As a Front of House Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and friendly experience for our residents and guests. You’ll support the Front of House team as required, with the opportunity to work flexibly and become a valued member of the team.
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional service to residents, guests and visitors
- Support the smooth running of the Front of House operation, particularly during busy periods and weekends
- Assist with food and beverage service as required
- Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, well-presented and fully stocked
- Keep up to date with menus and food and beverage offerings
- Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Ensure COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
