The role holder is responsible for the commercially successful delivery of a number of programmes in Green Funding Solutions including Warm Homes Social Housing Fund and Warm Homes Local Grant. This role owns the strategic level relationship with Local Authorities and Housing Associations. The role holder will develop and manage those relationships to secure long-term high value returns for Green Funding Solutions and deliver energy efficiency and renewables projects. • Manage multiple clients - ranging from Directors to operational project specific staff. • Develop longer term relationships with clients and contractors to support success of future and similar funding programmes. • Working with various internal and external stakeholders, identify and continually evolve 'best in class' approaches to all aspects of delivery. • Manage complex delivery programmes with responsibility for volume base and commercial targets. • Lead a team of Project Managers, Scheme Managers and Project Administrators. • Ensuring adherence to agreed processes to ensure smooth delivery of our customer journey. • Prepare extensive and detailed verbal and written reports, and present outcomes to senior leadership. • To act as a role model for Green Funding Solutions, fostering and promoting good governance, regulatory compliance and a team ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of the retrofit, energy efficiency and/or renewable energy sector.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
