We are seeking an organised and proactive Placement Allocation Administrator to join our Practice Learning team and support the delivery of high-quality placement experiences for students across Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedicine, and Social Work programmes.
This is a pivotal role within Nottingham Institute of Health and Social Care, responsible for coordinating the allocation and administration of professional practice placements, ensuring students are placed appropriately and in line with professional, regulatory, and programme requirements.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be confident working with databases with a good attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, as the role requires effective collaboration with students, academic colleagues, NHS and social care partners, to support the delivery of high-quality placement experiences.
Working closely with academic teams, healthcare and social care placement providers, and students, you will contribute to the smooth running of placement activity, supporting student success and maintaining positive relationships with our external partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education of future healthcare and social care professionals. You will join a supportive team committed to delivering an excellent student experience and maintaining strong partnerships with placement providers across the region.
We consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
