Support implementation of community pharmacy clinical services.
Assist?with the rollout of community pharmacy delivered pathways, providing technical and administrative support.
Help review and?maintain?service materials, implementation?packs?and standard operating tools.
Support training and onboarding activities for community pharmacy teams.
Enable pharmacy integration within Neighbourhood Health teams
Support coordination between community pharmacies, PCNs and other neighbourhood services. Facilitate information flows, meeting?logistics?and follow up actions between partners. Help?identify?operational issues and escalate appropriately.
Improve access to medicines and local services
Support mapping of services, signposting materials and practical processes that improve access to urgent and same day community pharmacy services. Collect and summarise feedback from providers to support continuous improvement. Work with community pharmacy to promote consistent operational delivery.
Provide technical, governance and quality support
Support audits, process?reviews?and data collection for neighbourhood pharmacy programmes. Help ensure services follow agreed protocols and governance arrangements.
Data,?monitoring?and reporting
Gather activity data, service KPIs and feedback to support monitoring and evaluation. Maintain simple dashboards, trackers or data summaries. Support the identification of trends or operational issues requiring further review.
Stakeholder and communication support
Develop effective working relationships with community pharmacies, PCN teams, practice?staff?and neighbourhood partners. Help coordinate engagement events, training?sessions?and communications. Provide practical support in?disseminating?updated pathways,?guidance?and resources.

As part of the newly formed cluster bringing together NHS Northamptonshire ICB and NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB, staff are expected to work flexibly and collaboratively across organisational boundaries to support a joined-up approach to strategic commissioning and service improvement. There is an expectation of 40% on patch working, with office bases at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester and Haylock House, Kettering. Staff can choose which office is their primary base for contractual purposes and travel claims.
This role will require a minimum of 2 days ‘on patch’ working in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland in our 2 main offices or partner sites
