Customer Services Specialist

Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fi 0800-1900 on a rota, 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday 0900-1700 and Sunday 1000-1600). This is a 6 month FTC commencing on 2nd of November '26 until 2nd May '27.

We are on the lookout for customer service gurus from a contact centre or similiar fast-paced customer service background who can answer customer enquiries via inbound calls with enthusiasm and a smile, turning each conversation into a memorable experience whilst ensuring customer information and records are maintained accurately.

If you’ve got passion for providing top-notch customer service, strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and excellent communicatoin skills that leaves a lasting impression AND want to work with an amazing bunch of humans whilst doing this, then get in touch. Experience within a contact centre or similar customer-focused environment is essential for success in this role.
