Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager at Gaucho, you'll play a key role in leading the restaurant and delivering a successful operation across our people, guests, product and financial performance.

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help create a high-performing culture, develop both the front and back-of-house teams and ensure every guest receives an experience they'll want to repeat.
