To provide back-office support and administrative services to healthcare and other administration employees within the designated Centre location or region.

Salary - £26,227.50

6 month fixed term contract.

Hybrid role between home and the Nottingham site.

Working as a key member of the Business Support team (formally ES Admin), providing a range of efficient administrative and ad hoc secretarial services that facilitate the smooth running of the office. To be the first point of contact to all external visitors, to engage and meet & greet out clients to ensure a smooth, timely transition to point of contact. To be the first point of call for the Senior Administrator and Manager with regard to back office ad hoc jobs.

  • To undertake administration, clerical and secretarial duties for all business areas, including but not limited to:
  • Management and distribution of post.
  • Handling telephone enquiries.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Recording holidays and absence.
  • Typing reports, letters and other documents.
  • Processing expenses and invoices.
  • Filing and photocopying.
To be the front of house/security for 18C & 18A Meridian, including but not limited to:

  • Meet & greet & first point of contact with external visitors
  • Ensure that the car park/car parking is used appropriately and safely by both external and Remploy colleagues and is secure at all times
  • Ensure Remploy colleagues & external visitors are wearing the appropriate form(s) of identification at all times whilst on the premises
  • Ensure all visitors to the site sign in correctly with all relevant information and are moved to their point of contact in a smooth & timely fashion
  • Undertake ad hoc back office jobs as requested by the Senior Administrator & Manager
  • To provide team based central support for the Central Administration Department, undertaking a range of administration and secretarial duties as identified by the Office Manager and Business Administration Manager and provide cover for other team members in periods of sickness, absence or peaks in workload.
  • To support the Senior Administrator and Manager in all aspects of the efficient running of the office
  • To build knowledge of the Remploy business in order to provide efficient responses to general enquiries and queries
  • Proven track record of working in an administrative environment, or evidence the transferable skills to do so successfully.
  • Experience of using the Microsoft office suite ( including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of working to measurable targets and deadlines
  • Holder of a current Security Industry Authority Licence (SIA)

  • Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines
  • High level of literacy, accuracy and attention to detail
