Exam Invigilator

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for Casual Exam Invigilators to join our team at The Suthers School.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and set up of examination venues, including laying out examination papers, equipment and stationery in accordance with regulations.
- Supporting candidates before examinations by directing them to seats and advising on permitted items.
- Supervising candidates throughout examinations and ensuring examination regulations are followed at all times.
- Responding appropriately to candidate queries and reporting any examination irregularities in line with strict procedures.
- Checking attendance and facilitating approved access arrangements where required.
- Accurately recording early leavers and supervising candidates who need to leave the examination room temporarily.
- Collecting, collating and preparing examination scripts and materials at the end of each session.
- Ensuring candidates leave examination venues in a quiet and orderly manner.
- Assisting with the movement, packing and delivery of examination materials as required.
