Main Purpose of Role
To provide confidential clerical and administrative support to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub to meet deadlines and provide a high-quality service.
Key Skills & Experience Required
The Postholder will be an experienced clerical administrator with high standards of keyboard skills and computer literacy to at least the equivalent of RSA II standards, to deliver high volume and high accuracy output.
The Postholder should have good organisational skills in order to manage a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently in a timely manner and also have good communication and telephone skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the Organisation.
The role involves dealing with highly confidential and sensitive material, sometimes of a distressing nature. The Postholder must be prepared to be trained in National, Force and Departmental computerised systems/data packages..

Vetting Level – Management – you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
