Assistant General Manager

GAUCHO are looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager for our GAUCHO Glasgow team! The successful candidate will be an experienced Assistant General Manager, being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development, both FOH and BOH. The Assistant General Managers take charge of the controllable of the P&L as delegated and work alongside the General Manager to consistently deliver great results.
