£25,000 - £26,000 (OTE up to £34,000!) + Structured Training + Apprenticeship Route + 1.5x Overtime + Vehicle Provided

Are you looking for a role as a Trainee Engineering Technician where you can build long-term skills through Structured Training and a clear Apprenticeship Route?

This is a secure, permanent position with a specialist engineering business that invests in training and development from day one, giving you the platform to become fully competent in a niche, future-facing sector.

You'll join a small, close-knit team working on alternative fuel and renewable infrastructure, with a strong pipeline of projects and a clear plan to grow the engineering function over the next few years.

Based out of their Nottingham site, you'll support the installation, checks, servicing and maintenance of refuelling station infrastructure across customer sites, learning on the job alongside experienced engineers.

This role suits a trainee who is motivated by high-level technical development and becoming a specialist over the long term, with structured milestones and support to build a genuine career in engineering.

The Role:

• Training role, building, installing and servicing gas refuelling infrastructure
• Maintaining, monitoring and improving all equipment
• Based from Nottingham, working with customer sites as required
• 37.5 hour working week, with early finish Fridays (1pm)

The Person:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean).
• Hands-on Engineering/Manufacturing exposure beneficial.
• Relevant backgrounds though not limited: Pipework, Gas pipelines, Refuelling Stations, Petroleum, Construction, Automotive, Rail - however all backgrounds considered!
• Looking for a long-term career, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
